齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞9月18日訊 海洋擁有豐富的生物資源,蝦蟹等甲殼含有一種天然物質(zhì),它就像蛋白質(zhì)、維生素一樣,對人類的生命健康至關(guān)重要,這就是甲殼素。甲殼素經(jīng)過處理后可以制成殼聚糖,殼聚糖廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)療、美容護(hù)膚、食品保鮮等領(lǐng)域。它的功用還有很多,全世界的科研人員都在積極探索它的應(yīng)用潛力。山東作為海洋大省,目前已經(jīng)掌握殼聚糖的制取、改性和應(yīng)用技術(shù)。
The ocean harbors abundant biological resources. The shells of shrimp, crabs, and other crustaceans contain a natural substance that is as vital to human health as proteins and vitamins—this substance is called chitin. Through processing, chitin can be converted into chitosan, which is widely used in fields such as medical applications, skincare, and food preservation. Yet its potential extends even further: researchers around the world are actively exploring more of its possible applications. As a major maritime province, Shandong has now mastered the technologies for the extraction, modification, and application of chitosan.
